Cancel Your Order

At BSAS Mobile Service, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read the guidelines below carefully to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

When Can You Cancel?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order before the product is shipped.
  • If the product has already been dispatched via courier, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can initiate a return or replacement after delivery.
  • Cancellation requests should be made through our website or customer support.

How to Cancel Your Order

  • Log in to your BSAS Mobile Service account.
  • Go to My Orders section.
  • Select the order you want to cancel and click on Cancel Order.
  • Confirm the cancellation and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Policy

  • If you have already made a payment, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after successful cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • For any issues regarding refund, please contact BSAS Mobile Service support.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed for urgent mobile repair services may not be eligible for cancellation once service has been scheduled.
  • Always check your order details carefully before confirming cancellation.
