At BSAS Mobile Service, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read the guidelines below carefully to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
When Can You Cancel?
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order before the product is shipped.
- If the product has already been dispatched via courier, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can initiate a return or replacement after delivery.
- Cancellation requests should be made through our website or customer support.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Log in to your BSAS Mobile Service account.
- Go to My Orders section.
- Select the order you want to cancel and click on Cancel Order.
- Confirm the cancellation and you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund Policy
- If you have already made a payment, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after successful cancellation.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
- For any issues regarding refund, please contact BSAS Mobile Service support.
Important Notes
- Orders placed for urgent mobile repair services may not be eligible for cancellation once service has been scheduled.
- Always check your order details carefully before confirming cancellation.
