1. Nature of Services
We provide mobile repair services including diagnostics, software updates, screen replacement, battery replacement, and other technical services. We aim to deliver each repair with professional quality and within a reasonable time frame.
2. Device Receiving and Inspection
Customers must clearly state the condition and issues of the device at the time of submission.
A receiving slip will be issued detailing the current condition and reported problem.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or data loss.
3. Repair Warranty
We offer a limited warranty of 30 days on the repaired part only.
The warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g., water damage, screen cracks), misuse, or unauthorized repairs after our service.
4. Data and Privacy
While we make efforts to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee data safety during repair.
Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting the device.
5. Unclaimed Device Policy
If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days of completion, we will no longer be responsible for its safekeeping.
Such devices may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion.
6. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made upon completion of the service or as per agreed terms.
We accept cash, UPI, card, or other accepted digital payment methods.
