Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Return & Replacement Window: A 7-day window is applicable for return or replacement requests, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility & Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition as received. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and verified by us.

Replacement Verification: Any issues or claims for replacement must be clearly verified by providing unedited videos and photos showing the exact fault or condition of the product before a replacement request can be processed.

No Parts Warranty Policy: Spare parts carry NO WARRANTY after installation. Customers and technicians are required to thoroughly test and check all parts prior to fitting/installation. Once a part has been installed or fitted, no warranty claims, returns, or replacements will be accepted.
