Free Shipping Across India
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within India. There are no hidden charges, and the cost of delivery is included in the product price.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for customers in Delhi. For all other states, no COD is available. Please use UPI or online payments for orders outside Delhi.
Third-Party Courier & Tracking
We ship all orders via trusted third-party courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID. You can track your order directly on the courier's website using this ID.
Shipping Timelines
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery time across India may take 3-7 working days.
- In case of remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 days.
Packaging
All products are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Please retain the packaging for any return or replacement requests.
Shipping & Replacement Policy
- Customers can request a replacement within 7 days if the product is defective or damaged.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for any return or replacement.
- Continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
