Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. This document represents a legal agreement between you and BSAS Mobile Service regarding mobile repair services.

1. Nature of Services
We provide mobile repair services including diagnostics, software updates, screen replacement, battery replacement, and other technical services.
2. Device Receiving and Inspection
Customers must clearly state the condition and issues of the device at the time of submission. A receiving slip will be issued. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or data loss.
3. Repair Warranty
We offer a limited warranty of 30 days on the repaired part only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs after service.
4. Data and Privacy
While we make efforts to protect your data, we cannot guarantee safety. Customers should back up all important data before submitting their device.
5. Unclaimed Device Policy
If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days, we are not responsible for its safekeeping. Such devices may be disposed of or recycled.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are to be made upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and other digital methods.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the repair. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any device deemed unrepairable or risky to handle.
9. Right to Modify Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

Terms & Conditions – Laptop Repair Service

1. Service Overview
We provide professional laptop repair services with convenient pickup and drop facility. All repairs are carried out either by our in-house experts or certified third-party technicians under our strict supervision.
2. Pickup & Drop Policy
Our service is pickup and drop only; we do not offer on-site/home repair services. Pickup and drop timing will be scheduled in advance via call or WhatsApp. Customers must ensure the device is safely packed at the time of pickup.
3. Third-Party Repair Disclaimer
Some repairs (e.g., motherboard-level or chip-level) may be performed by trusted third-party partners. Customers do not need to worry, as we take full responsibility for the repair quality and safety of the device.
4. Inspection & Estimate
Once the device is received, it goes through a full diagnosis. An estimated cost and time for repair will be shared with the customer for approval before proceeding. If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, diagnostic charges may apply.
5. Data & Privacy
We recommend customers to take a full data backup before handing over the laptop. While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for any data loss during repair. All devices are handled professionally and with respect to customer privacy.
6. Warranty
Repairs may include a limited-time warranty, depending on the part or service (will be mentioned on the invoice). Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling after delivery.
7. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full upon completion and before delivery. We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or other approved payment methods.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for disclosing any previous repair history or known issues. Any delays in response or approvals may result in extended turnaround time.
9. Liability Limitations
While we aim to deliver high-quality service, we shall not be liable for delays due to parts availability or unforeseen technical complications. In rare cases of unrepairable devices, no charges will be levied except for pickup or diagnostic (if applicable).
10. Agreement
By handing over your device to us, you agree to the above terms and authorize us to carry out the necessary repair and testing.
