We provide a pickup & drop repair service exclusively for AirPods (all models). This is a third-party repair service — not affiliated with the manufacturer. By requesting service you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

What this service covers

• Pickup & drop: We collect your AirPods from the address you provide, repair them, and return them to the same address.
• Repair work is performed by experienced technicians using parts described below.
• Basic diagnostics are carried out at collection to confirm the reported fault.

Important limitations

• Third-party repair: This is not an official repair. Repairs are performed by an independent provider and are subject to the terms in this disclaimer.
• No manufacturer warranty: Any existing manufacturer warranty may be voided if the device has been previously opened or repaired by a third party. We are not responsible for warranty decisions.
• No official repair guarantee: We cannot provide or confirm any manufacturer-branded warranty for services performed here.

Parts & Quality

We use good-quality replacement parts. When we say "genuine" it refers to parts supplied by trusted third-party manufacturers that match OEM specifications; unless explicitly stated, parts are not original factory parts. If you require brand original parts specifically, please contact an authorized service provider.

Security & Data Privacy

AirPods themselves do not typically contain user files, but paired device history and Bluetooth settings may be affected during repair. We take precautions to protect personal data:

• Please remove any pairing with your device and disable "Find My" or tracking features where applicable before handing devices to our courier. We cannot reset or bypass activation locks.
• We do not access personal accounts, emails or media. If a repair requires device pairing or action on a paired phone, we will request your explicit permission and, where possible, ask you to perform the action while present on a video call or at handover.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from repairs. Back up anything important before sending the device.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from repair services is limited to the total amount paid for the repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost data, or loss of revenue.
